Republic rivet rack shelving is an economical solution to accommodate a variety of storage needs. The boltless racking system is easily assembled. This double rivet shelving allows access to items from all sides. Rivet racks are ideal for retail or office use or any other light to medium duty storage needs. Use them for your store’s stock room. Rivet Storage Racks
Republic Boltless Rivet Shelving is easy to assemble and require no tools. The beams drop into slots on the uprights to create a sturdy, rigid structure. You can adjust the beams on 1-½ inch centers. When your storage needs change so does your rack. Starter uprights are 14-gauge steel angle posts for the ends of a section while add-on uprights are 14-gauge t-posts for intermediate use. These rivet rack shelving units come with center supports. These supports will help prevent beam rotation under heavy loads. You can also use the center supports to hold plywood to create rack decking. Both particle board and wire decking are available.
Available in an 84-inch height with various widths and depths. Find the perfect storage solution for your needs. Offered in both starter and add-on sections. Connect add-ons to a starter to create rows of rack shelving. Depending on the width, a level can hold at least 650 lbs. Sections are available with either 3 or 4 levels. We stock our rivet rack shelving in our Dove Gray powder coat paint finish. The powder coat paint will help protect your boltless rivet shelving from everyday use.
Rivet Rack Parts
You can also buy boltless shelving rack parts online. Get either particle board or wire decking. The flat wire decking allows sprinkler access to all levels in case of an emergency. Find a Back-to-Back Tie to connect rows of rivet rack shelving together or get a wall tie to fasten the rack to the wall. Also get Foot Plates so that you can safely anchor your storage racks to the floor. Republic strongly recommends you anchor your boltless steel racks for safety.
